Nuremberg Landmarks and Monuments: Picture of historical buildingsMany of Nuremberg's most impressive landmarks and historic monuments lie within the appealing old quarter, surrounded by the city wall and its many towers. Kaiserburg Castle and its medieval architecture stands high above the buildings within this part of the city. Other noteworthy landmarks in Nuremberg include the 13th-century Nassauer Haus (Nassauer House), the winding, cobbled Weissgerbergasse, and also the 16th-century Tugendbrunnen (Fountain of Virtue).

For something a little most modern and equally impressive, both the Arena Nurnberger Versicherung and the Franconia Football Stadium (Frankenstadion) are always major crowd pullers. Nuremberg's main landmarks and monuments are shown here.
